Installation method of marble dining table

1. Before installation, the materials and tools to be used shall be equipped. Marble window sill plate, stone sawing machine, electric welding machine, ruler plate and other tools shall be equipped.

2. Before installing the marble dining table, wood bricks or iron parts shall be embedded in advance. The specific raw materials shall be determined according to the type of windowsill plate, but pay attention to the matching of raw materials and accessories.

3. During installation, attention shall be paid to its length, preferably not more than 1.5m, and water bricks or iron parts shall be buried every 0.5m.

4. The high and low position lines shall be marked in advance. After the position and marking are determined, it is necessary to check whether the embedded parts meet the installation requirements from the beginning. If not, please correct them in time.

5. Install the support according to the design and elevation. After determining the position, start to install the marble. However, before installation, the marble edge shall be corrected to ensure flatness and lubrication before direct installation. After installation, the gap between marble and windowsill can be smoothed.

Precautions for marble dining table installation.

1. Before treating the wall, if there is a gap at both ends, it can be filled with putty. When dealing with the wall, the window sill must be well maintained. If the window sill is to be installed behind the wall, the direct gap with the wall shall not exceed 2mm.

2. Do not use cement for pointing. When installing the windowsill stone, glass glue should be used to deal with the joint. If there is a gap in the stone splicing, cement can be used again, so the effect will be better.

3. Temperature also has an impact on the installation of marble dining table. It is best not to install in winter, because the processing of stone is basically in the open environment. Because the temperature is too low, the viscosity quality of marble is not guaranteed, which may lead to loose adhesion, large gap and poor installation effect.
