1. Each structural type in the pipe part is marked with the scope of application, and the selection should be based on the medium temperature of the pipe and the support requirements.

2. Some structural types are universal to pipelines with different medium temperatures. However, the materials used at various temperatures are different, and the allowable loads are also different. Therefore, special attention should be paid to correctly indicating whether the material code and allowable load can meet the requirements of the design load when issuing the label.

3. Some structural types have two series: light load and heavy load.

4. Pmax and Pj9 at the root of the pipe part and the connection part refer to the maximum allowable load of the pipe in the cold or hot state. Therefore, it should be selected according to the maximum structural load that the pipe supports and hangers may appear in different operating modes (including cold and hot states).

5. When the design load is greater than the allowable load Pmax of the horizontal pipe single boom pipe section, a super heavy cross load (D6B type) or a three-hole hanger plate (L4 type) can be used for connection.

6. If guide brackets are required for high temperature and high pressure pipelines, it is recommended to use limit brackets as much as possible to avoid excessive additional stress on the pipelines.

7. If the six restoring forces of the fixed bracket cannot fully comply with the design of the site, it can only be selected after strength verification.

8. The hanger of the pipe part, the hanger structure of the connector and the root have all considered the influence of the horizontal force generated by the horizontal displacement of the pipeline. However, when the horizontal displacement of the pipeline exceeds 1/20 times the length of the offset part of the boom, the support and hanger can be partially installed and the direction and amount of the offset can be indicated in the engineering drawing. When partial installation is still not enough, one-way or (two-way) rolling hanging plate (L9, L10 type) connection should be used.

9. When the outer diameter of the pipe appears to have similar dimensions, this design uses the largest pipe diameter as the standard specification. In the design, if the pipe diameter is different but similar to the specification in this design, the standard specification is selected.
