What Are The Requirements For The Installation Of Seismic Support

1. The pipeline is firmly fixed, and the distance between the seismic supports meets the requirements. Inspection quantity: random check 20%, no less than 5 places.

2. The material, processing dimensions and welding quality of the seismic support should meet the design requirements and the current national standards.

3. In addition to installing the main water pipe with the vertically installed water distribution pipe clamped in the middle, an anti-sway bracket or pipe clamp should also be installed. The installation location should be 1.5-1.8m away from the ground or floor.

4. The installation position of the anti-seismic bracket shall not hinder the spraying effect of the nozzle; the distance between the anti-seismic bracket and the nozzle shall not be less than 300mm; and the distance between the end nozzle and the nozzle shall not be greater than 750mm. Inspection quantity: random check 20%, no less than 5 places.

5. For each straight pipe section on the water distribution branch pipe and the pipe section between two adjacent nozzles, the number of hangers shall not be less than one, and the distance between hangers shall not be greater than 3.6m. Inspection quantity: random check 20%, no less than 5 places.

6. When the nominal diameter of the pipeline is equal to or greater than 50mm, at least one anti-sway support shall be provided for each section of the water distribution main or water distribution pipe, and the distance between the anti-sway and anti-vibration supports shall not be greater than 15m. When the pipeline changes direction, an anti-sway support should be added. Inspection quantity: full inspection.
